In May in Forsyth County a few shifts have occurred. The avg price per sq ft has increased from $137 to $140 per sq ft. The average number of pending sales have increased from 382 last month to nearly 500 homes. In addition to the increase in number of new listings from last month at 408 new homes to now a whopping 532 new homes listed.
